Welcome back to Term Four. In room nine we are doing daily fitness activities, learning about forces, reading, writing and maths and visiting the Girls and Boys Gym Club. It has been very busy so far this term. We also have two new people in our class so a big welcome to them. Keep checking out our blog to find out what else we are going to be doing this term.

WACKY HAIR DAY AT CARLTON SCHOOL

We had a wacky hair day at Carlton School. We took photos of our class and some of the Wacky Hair Day parade and we thought that some people had very wacky hairdos. We hope you like our photos!

My Olympic Story

I think the Olympics are an event when the athletes or Olympians try to get a chance to win a medal. The Olympians or athletes also try their best and persist in the Olympic games to impress the whole world. The athletes or Olympians travel all around the world to compete. The Olympics are also about going there and having a go. I like it when the athletes or Olympians win medals.

Printmaking with our buddies

For the last two weeks room 9 and room 15 have been printmaking. We had to use sponges and choose a background colour. Next we used oval shaped sponges to make to make the body of our insects, cardboard to make the leg shapes and the end of a paintbrush to make the eyes. Our bug prints look amazing.
